The experts meeting of the Offshore Wind Energy Farm Program was held on August 3 rd and 4th in Luo Xingge Hotel in Jiashan of Zhejiang province. This meeting was organized by Shanghai Development and Reform Committee. Mr Yang was invited as the legal expert. The experts argued and demonstrated on the relevant issues concerning the program’s BOT bid. This Offshore Wind Energy Farm Program is the largest of its kind in China and has grand significance on the development of the renewable resources for Shanghai and for China as well.
