Due to his expertise in real estate M&A, Mr. Yang was engaged by a PE fund management company based in Shanghai which specializes in investing in real estate projects to serve as its legal consultant and a member of its risk control committee. Mr. Yang provided comprehensive legal service for the company with regard to the setting up of real estate fund (LLP) and real-estate related investment.
In its real estate investments in Jiangxi, Shandong and Jiangsu, Mr. Yang and his team provided legal counseling, conducted legal due diligence and designed transaction structure for the client in its selection of projects.
