Chambers Yang Was Invited as a Legal Expert to Participate in Reviewing Shanghai Pilot and Model Projects in Patent Operation

For implementing in depth the intellectual property policy and strategy of Shanghai and China, promoting patent creation, utilization, protection and management of enterprises or business units of Shanghai, according to the “Methods in Determination and Management of Shanghai Pilot and Model Units in Patent Operation (Trial)”, Shanghai Intellectual Property Bureau organized activities in determining the award winner of 2014 Shanghai Pilot and Model Units in Patent Operation. Chambers Yang was invited as a legal expert to participate in reviewing Shanghai Pilot and Model Projects in Patent Operation.

After expert evaluation, coordination group discussion, reviewed by the head office of Shanghai Intellectual Property Bureau and online publicity, through a series of research, Okwap (Shanghai) Technology Co., Ltd. and other 13 enterprises were identified and determined as the 2014 Shanghai Model Enterprises in Patent Operation, the People’s Liberation Army Navy Medical Research Institute was indentified and determined as the 2014 Shanghai Model Unit in Patent Operation, Shanghai Bao Steel Industry Technology Service Co., Ltd. and other 127 enterprises were identified and determined as the 2014 Shanghai Pilot Enterprises in Patent Operation, Shanghai Aerospace Precise Machinery Research Institute and other 6 units identified and determined as the 2014 Shanghai Pilot Units in Patent Operation.
