With the implementation of the Foreign Investment Law of PRC on January 01, 2020, a series of laws and regulations concerning foreign investment such as the Regulation on the Implementation of the Foreign Investment Law of PRC, Interpretation of the Supreme People’s Court on Several Issues concerning the Application of the Law of Foreign Investment, Decision of the Standing Committee of the People’s Congress of Shanghai Municipality on Several Issues concerning the Implementation of the Foreign Investment Law of PRC, etc. have been also implemented simultaneously. Most of those foreign investment management systems having applied for nearly forty (40) years have been repealed, and China’s foreign investment management system is experiencing dramatic change.
This article is intended to show you all aspects of foreign investment enterprises such as enterprise establishment, change, dissolution, etc. under the new system in a graphic manner.

《外商投资法》于2020年1月1日起实施，同日配套法规如实施条例、司法解释等同步生效。
