A Singaporean company and a company in Wuxi co-established an EJV, but serious conflicts in business philosophy and some other aspects arose between these two founders not long after the EJV’s establishment. Mr. Chambers Yang and his team were retained to resolve relevant disputes on behalf of the Singaporean party. However, the Wuxi company completely rejected to provide assistance after appropriating funds in the EJV. Therefore, the parties agreed to turn to liquidation and dissolution of the EJV. Nevertheless, Wuxi company still refuse to cooperate concerning the liquidation, and the Singaporean company was forced to file an application with the court for liquidation. The court has accepted the application now.
