On April 26th, 2010, basing on alleged infringement of Hewlett-Packard (HP) and Toshiba on Aigo's intellectual property rights (IPR) on “USB PLUS”, Aigo filed suits against HP and Toshiba as well as their OEMs and distributors with Beijing No.1 Intermediate People's Court and Xi'an Intermediate People's Court respectively. In its claims, Aigo demanded HP and Toshiba to stop exploiting its patented storage port technology.
