Mr. Chambers Yang has been engaged as the mediators of China Council for the Promotion of International Trade Mediation Center for the second time.
The China Council for the Promotion of International Trade was established in the May, 1952, which is a nationwide civil foreign economic organization comprising the typical people, enterprises and communities in the Chinese economic and trade area. It has branches in many provinces, autonomous regions and the Municipalities directly under the jurisdiction of the Central Government, and has broad economic relationship with many countries and regions. It is dedicated in promoting the communication and cooperation on economy and trade both internationally and domestically.
The China Council for the Promotion of International Trade Mediation Center was established in 1987, which is a standing mediation body for independently and impartially helping the foreign and Chinese parties to resolve the commercial and maritime disputes through mediation. It has 42 branch mediation centers in many provinces, autonomous regions and the Municipalities directly under the jurisdiction of the Central Government and some important cities. The mediators are impartial and decent people with special knowledge and practical experience in commerce, maritime affairs and legal area, engaged by the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade Mediation Center or its branches. Mr. Chambers Yang was engaged as the mediators of China Council for the Promotion of International Trade Mediation Center in 2002 for the first time.
