Mr. Chambers Yang Had an Interview with Journalist of DF Daily on Overseas M&A

WANG Dao Jun, journalist of DF Daily recently had an interview with Senior Lawyer Mr. Chambers Yang in regard with the reason for the failure of the overseas M&A attempts by Chinese state-owned enterprises. Mr. Yang analyzed the background of the overseas M&A by Chinese state-owned enterprises. He indicated the challenge Chinese enterprises, especially state-owned enterprises, faced with on politics, laws, cultures, religions and etc. He also pointed out that Chinese enterprises have not attached sufficient importance to strategy planning, due diligence and resources integration.
